Male/Female
Experience or fresh graduate
Bacheloor degree Management
Understanding the basic concepts of human resource management
Understanding the basic concept of compensation & benefits
Able to operate Excel, PowerPoint
Able to analyze data and make monthly reports
Qualification of HR Legal Staff
Experienced (min 1 years)
Strong logical, analytical skills, well organized and pay attention to details.
Able to communicate actively and carry out negotiations .
Able to be flexible and adapt quickly
Bachelor of Law (S1) or Master of Law (S2).
Has passed Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) & Ujian Profesi Advocat (UPA) is preferable.
Ensure compliance: labor laws, government regulations
Has the ability to draft an agreement, evaluate legal aspect and/or situation.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
