Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives.
* Lead recruitment and manpower planning processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
* Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance management systems.
* Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally and effectively.
* Build and strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and organizational discipline.
* Oversee payroll administration, employment contracts, BPJS, and compliance with labor regulations.
* Support management in organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
* Identify training and development needs to improve employee performance and career growth.
* Reduce employee turnover and improve overall workforce productivity.
* Prepare regular HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations.
* Experience in building HR systems, SOPs, and performance frameworks is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and daily HR operations.
