Responsibilities: 1. Facilitating the administrative process of requests for employment 2. Sourcing and screening CV according to requirements 3. Scheduling and facilitating selection processes (tests & interviews) 4. Maintaining and managing recruitment database and documents 5. Assessing candidates’ personality/soft skills through interview Requirements: 1. Psychology freshgraduate or final year student (min.) 2. Fluent in English (both spoken and written) 3. Able to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 4. Familiar with/experienced in conducting interviews (especially BEI) is preferred 5. Strong interpersonal skills and proactiveness
