About the Role
We are seeking a capable and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support regional HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance functions.
This is a newly created role within a growing HR team, offering the opportunity to contribute to both operational excellence and strategic HR initiatives in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, including specialised and technical roles
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and MyCareersFuture
2. HR Operations & Administration
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via EPOL/WPOL systems
Coordinate employee benefits administration including insurance and leave management
3. Compliance & Policy Advisory
Serve as a subject matter expert on Singapore Employment Act and Tripartite Guidelines
Review and update Employee Handbook in line with MOM regulations
Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on HR policies and workplace matters
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles in Singapore
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices (mandatory)
Experience with modern recruitment tools and platforms
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Full-time office-based role
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to SGD 3,500/month (x 12 months)
Bonus: Variable bonus based on individual and company performance
