We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented and driven individual to join our Regional HR team based in Singapore. As part of the Regional HR team, you will work closely with Country HR teams, Location Managers and Head Office to support HR initiatives across multiple countries in Asia.

Key Responsibilities :
Regional HR Operations
Support HR reporting, manpower planning and workforce analytics
Coordinate with Country HR teams on HR processes and policy implementation
Gain exposure to multinational HR practices and regional operations
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Coordinate end to end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews arrangements, and on boarding
Support employer branding and campus engagemetn initiatives
Participate in hiring projects across different countries
Employee Engagement & HR Projects
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys and HR events
Support organizational development and change management activities
Participate in regional HR improvement projects
Compensation, Benefits, Payroll & HRIS
Support performance appraisal and salary review exercises
Assist with compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis
Gain hands-on exposure to payroll processing and payroll coordination
Support HR Information System (HRIS) administration, employee data management, and system maintenance
Coordinate training and learning activities
CSR & Compliance Support
Learn and support Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and corporate compliance initiatives
Gain exposure to HR goverance and ethical business practices
Requirements / Qualifications :
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related disciplines
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of HR experience are also welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
High standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
