- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer processing, and onboarding support
- Handle work pass matters including applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaison with MOM/agents to ensure compliance
- Maintain and update employee personal files (P-files) and ensure proper documentation of employee lifecycle changes
- Update and maintain employee records in HRMS accurately and on a timely basis
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, clearance, and handover coordination
- Attend to employee queries and provide basic HR advisory support on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in HR reporting, audits, and general administrative support as required by the Superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or manpower-intensive industry
- Familiar with Singapore work pass processes and MOM regulations
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Info-Tech HRMS and with CEI certified will be an advantage
