Responsibilities:
Provide HR and office administration support.
Maintain employees’ personal information in Personnel file.
Administer payroll, performance management, insurance management, employee benefits programs and office administration.
Formulate, implement, review and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Assist in special HR projects relating to Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, HRIS/HRMS implementation, staff training and development etc.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of hands‑on payroll experience in Singapore.
Prior experience handling payroll for medium to large headcount is preferred.
Knowledge of HRIS system (HRIQ) is a plus.
