Responsibilities

Provide end to end support for company’s recruitment needs, including managing job postings, candidates and onboarding

Prepare and maintain employment records for hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, etc.

Assist in administration and reporting related to employee self-service system, including leave, transfers, and mobile attendance

Take on ad-hoc HR projects of various objectives relating to the recruitment and operations of the company.

Requirements

Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent

Meticulous with positive work attitude 

Good spoken and written communications skills

Able to think critically 

Able to commit to a 3 day work week (2 half-days + 1 full-day)

Able to start from June 2026
