We are a Engineering & Facilities Management company. Looking for potential candidates willing to work in eastern part of Singapore.
Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist in overtime calculation
- Answer employee queries regarding leave, salary and overtime
- Update and maintain leave records in Info-Tech system
- Update and maintain employee records in Info-Tech system
- Handle Foreign Worker Permit administration and exit
- Coordinate document submission with site staff
- Handling foreign worker dormitory
- Assist in all foreign worker matters
- Assist in recommending, sourcing and booking of training courses for staff development
- Provide advice to The Management regarding employment legislation and HR practices
- Any other ad-hoc work
Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of MOM employment law
- Higher Nitec/Diploma with 2 years work experience, ideally in a construction related field
- Knowledge of Info-Tech software
- Able to communicate effectively with local and foreign employees of all levels
- Willing to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team
- Good work ethics
- Able to work in industrial environment office
Other information
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Working location: Tampines West
