HR Academy Team Leader
The HR Academy Team Leader is responsible for leading the planning, development, and delivery of training and development programs under the HR Academy. This role ensures the design and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that support employee growth, organizational capability, and performance.
Responsibilities
Develop annual strategies and plans for the HR Academy based on business needs and employee competency gaps.
Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and input from management.
Develop internal training modules (Soft Skill, leadership, Functional/Technical skills)
Provide regular reports on training achievements and improvement recommendations.
Lead and coach the HR Academy team, ensuring effective task delegation and team development.
Coordinate with department managers, other HR teams, and external parties (consultants/trainers).
Drive the implementation of digital learning solutions (LMS, webinars, e-learning).
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related field.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience in developing training modules and organizing company wide learning programs.
Familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus.
