Position Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Villa Supervisor Housekeeper to join our luxury villa operation. This role is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping activities to ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and service standards at all times. The position also requires the ability to cover Butler duties when needed, ensuring seamless guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the villa consistently meets luxury cleanliness and presentation standards.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality benchmarks.

Manage housekeeping schedules, task allocations, and daily checklists efficiently.

Train, guide, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards and professionalism.

Handle guest requests, concerns, and special requirements promptly and courteously.

Act as Butler-on-duty when required, including guest welcoming, in-villa service assistance, and coordination with other departments.

Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory control of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.

Report maintenance issues and coordinate closely with engineering or maintenance teams.

Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Support management with daily reports and operational updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Preffered age range: up to 35 years old

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within luxury villas, luxury hotels, or high-end resorts.

Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and luxury hospitality expectations.

Fluent English communication skills are mandatory (spoken and basic written).

Able to perform Butler duties with confidence, professionalism, and refined service manners.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.

Physically fit and able to perform operational tasks when required.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Honest, disciplined, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Familiar with inventory management and basic reporting is an advantage.
