We are seeking a talented and personable Host/Hostess to join our team at the Masonry. Restaurant Canggu in Kuta Utara Badung - Bali. As a Host/Hostess - Daily Worker, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.

What you'll be doing

Greeting guests with a friendly and professional manner, and guiding them to their seats or designated areas

Managing the flow of guests, seating them efficiently and ensuring a smooth dining experience

Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the restaurant, menu, and services

Assisting with various front-of-house duties, such as answering phones, making reservations, and managing waitlists

Ensuring the host station and surrounding areas are well-organised and presentable at all times

Collaborating with the wider team to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service-oriented role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner

Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks and guest requests efficiently

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a professional and organised work environment

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service

Domiciled in Bali
