Responsible for managing sales and market development in specific areas within the B2B Horeca segment, ensuring sales targets are met and managing good relationships with customers in the assigned area
Scope of Work Area: East Java and Madura
- Manage and develop sales in the assigned area for the B2B Horeca segment.
- Establish relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales volume.
- Achieve area sales targets in accordance with the established plan.
- Make regular visits to customers to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Conduct product presentations to potential clients and prepare sales proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns tailored to local market needs.
- Monitor competitor activities in the region and provide feedback for strategy development.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market developments to be submitted to management.

• Field of Study:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Work Experience:
3 - 5 years
