- Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies tailored to the East Java & Bali markets to drive revenue growth and market expansion by set comprehensive sales plans and sales call plans.
- Execute sales calls to create new customer opportunities.
- Develop and perform compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Create detailed sales proposals for new prospects.
- Generate accurate and competitive price quotations for new prospects.
- Oversee Sales Lead generation efforts to ensure consistent and qualified lead flow for the sales team.
- Track the progress of leads and coordinate with Sales Lead and Presales teams to optimize conversions.
- Ensure that pipeline management processes align with company standards and support overall sales objectives.
- Control and coordinate with the MDU and other technical departments for constructions and installations.
- Control sales support activities to schedule surveys of buildings.
- Facilitate presales support for complex deals, ensuring that product demonstrations, proposals, and technical documentation meet client expectations.
- Regularly visit and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and handle customer complaints, offering rapid solutions.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the Function Support & Billing team to streamline billing processes and resolve client billing inquiries efficiently.
- Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales call and sales reports.
- Create accurate revenue estimations based on sales activities.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Lead the sales team for the Surabaya & Bali areas, including strategy development, market growth initiatives, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure sales target achievement and business expansion in assigned regions.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager, Head of Sales, or Branch Head in the ISP or Telco industry.
- Strong knowledge of market segmentation in East Java and Bali is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing B2B clients.
- Background in telecommunications or internet service providers (ISP) is essential.
- Willing to Work inGraha LinkNet Surabaya, East Java.
