About Us

Kang Abuy Coffee & Eatery is growing! Known for our industrial-rustic café style and a menu that blends Indonesian comfort food with modern favorites, we are going to expand our bussiness and open some new outlets and looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistent with brand standards

• Develop and standardize recipes for the new outlet

• Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring

• Control food cost, portioning, and inventory

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with management on menu innovation and promotions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef (minimum 3–5 years)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of kitchen management and food safety (HACCP preferred)

• Creative, passionate about food, and able to innovate while respecting brand identity

• Able to work under pressure and deliver consistency across all dishes
