Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Hair Stylist to deliver quality hair services and ensure excellent customer experiences in a collaborative salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair cutting, washing, blow-drying, colouring, perming, and hair treatment services tailored to customers’ needs
• Assess customers’ hair condition and recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, and care treatments
• Provide attentive customer service to ensure a pleasant salon experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation, tools, and salon area consistently
• Promote salon services and hair care products to customers when requested
• Manage customer appointments and respond to basic enquiries efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily salon operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in hair salon services is advantageous
• Ability to independently perform basic hair styling, cutting, colouring, perming, and treatment services
• Positive customer service attitude and eagerness to learn
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed
