We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer to be the face of our property. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience from pre-arrival inspections to check-out. You will handle guest requests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, coordinate with internal teams, and play a key role in delivering excellent hospitality.

Qualification :

- 1 year of experience in the same position
