• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,500,000 per bulan

Job Descriptions:

Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.

Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) and respond to their questions.

Assist with the preparation of welcome folders with material (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions).

Promote services and provide information about amenities, the neighborhoods, and venues.

Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages).

Address customer complaints and, if necessary, escalate to the Guest Relations Manager. Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.

Assure that health and quality standards are met.

Perform any duties request by the superior.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree inhospitality managementor another related discipline is required.

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Guest Relations Officer, or other related position.

A professional certification in hotel management may be preferred.

Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.

Excellent communication abilities both in Bahasa and English, both written and oral.

Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

Excellent timemanagement abilities.
