Your welcoming persona will bring smiles to our guests as they enter our F&B outlet. Together with the F&B team, you will show consistency in ensuring maximum guest & employee satisfaction. As Guest Relations Officer (F&B), you are responsible for welcoming our guests, ensuring their reservations are accurate, creating memorable event planning for them at the outlet, from wedding proposals to birthday celebrations or gathering with friends, each dining experience is specially curated to meet their needs.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Everyday is different, but you'll mostly be:
Take in orders and reservations at the outlet
Communicate and create unique dining experiences for guests
Handle guest complaints professionally and record feedback regularly to respond timely
Make conversation with guests during their order and find out their preferences to build a rapport
Handle all sales and to account for all guest checks
What we need from you
Diploma/ higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, F&B Services, or related field
2 years’ related experienc
Must speak local language
Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
