Key Tasks:
Greet guests with genuine warmth, offering a memorable first impression.
Assist guests to office, site, or facilities when required.
Arrange special guest needs with a personalized touch.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain updated knowledge of property facilities, services, and promotions to inform guests accurately.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
Prepare daily guest activity reports for management.
Maintain guest satisfaction surveys and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Uphold Harmoni Bali's service standards and values in every interaction.
Maintain professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times.
Job Qualifications:
Domicile in Bali
Min. SMA / SMK from Hospitality.
Fluent in english.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
Able to interact with various types of people, friendly and polite.
Able to operate computer and have good administrative skills.
Able to perform several tasks at once well.
Appear attractive, clean, neat and well groomed.
