Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-centric Guest Experience Specialist (Butler) to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering personalized and anticipatory services that elevate the luxury guest experience. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable stays by anticipating guest needs, coordinating personalized arrangements, and ensuring seamless service throughout the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, personalized greetings and assist with guest arrivals and in-room orientations.
Support the delivery of butler services such as unpacking/packing, garment care, and special requests.
Coordinate guest preferences and special arrangements before, during, and after stay.
Assist with pre-arrival amenities, room setups, and VIP preparation.
Respond promptly to guest requests, offering solutions and anticipating further needs.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service interactions.
Uphold the brand standards of The Luxury Collection in every interaction.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, front office, or guest services.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with a guest-first mindset.
