We are looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketer who has a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with strong marketing fundamentals and a good big picture understanding in digital marketing.

The candidate must have a unique skill set that combines creativity, technical expertise, and analytical abilities to drive and be confident to handle all parts of marketing from strategy, planning, execution to monitoring and optimisation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns that are optimised for customer acquisition, engagement and retention on major ad platforms, such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.

Strategise, plan and generate creative ideas for new and viral content that resonates with our audience.

Create objective-driven short-form video content on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other platforms.

Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.

Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for search engines.

Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, utilising Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

Design graphics and images for use in marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website graphics.

Familiarity with web development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS & Javascript to implement changes on the website and emails.

Set up and maintain analytics and tracking systems, including GTM, Pixels, GA4, Conversion Trackers, Heatmaps, and SEMrush.

Report on key metrics and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in driving growth and acquisition.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and advertising networks.

Experience in creating high-quality, objective-driven content that resonates with target audiences.

Ability to think creatively and develop new, innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.

Experience with website development and maintenance, particularly in WordPress.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Experience with video editor tools on Tiktok, IG Reels, Capcut.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, GA4, Heatmap, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
