We combine technology, data, and human-driven execution to bring transparency, efficiency, and scalability to the property industry Role Overview We’re hiring a hands-on Growth & Marketing Associate to drive IPH’s content engine, marketing insights, and revenue-supporting collateral. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing and business development, working closely with Sales and Management to support client proposals, partner pitches, and investor materials Key Responsibilities 1) Content & SEO (Core) Write and publish SEO articles for the IPH blog (keyword research, on-page optimization) Maintain a consistent content pipeline and track performance (traffic, ranking, leads) 2) Growth & Funnel Insights Pull and summarize performance data across channels (Website, Google, Instagram, Facebook) Build simple weekly/monthly insight reports: traffic, leads, engagement, conversion trends Turn data into actionable recommendations for growth 3) Marketing Collateral & BD Support Create and update decks and materials: investor deck support, company profile updates, service/partnership proposals Develop tailored proposals for developers, property agencies, and strategic partners Support Sales with case studies, performance summaries, and pitch-ready documents 4) Social & Brand Execution Plan and produce content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook aligned with campaigns and sales objectives Manage a content calendar and coordinate with internal teams when needed 5) Sales and Client Support Marketing performance reports Case studies and campaign results (ROAI) Data-backed materials to convince clients and partners to join IPH Requirements: 2+ years experience in marketing / growth / content / digital Strong writing skills (English required; Bahasa is a plus) Comfortable with SEO tools (SEMRush preferred) and reporting via Google tools/Meta insights Able to create high-quality decks and documents (Canva/Figma basics + Google Workspace) Analytical mindset: able to turn multi-channel data into clear takeaways Join client or partner meetings (when needed) to support pitches from a marketing-performance perspective On-site availability in Sanur, Bali Why Join IPH Work on real business outcomes (lead generation, partner deals, investor readiness) Direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional work (Sales + Management) Fast-moving environment with clear ownership and impact
