What You'll Do

Growth & Brand

• Build and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create and publish content consistently — posts, stories, campaigns, and creatives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting Singapore and the regional market
• Use AI tools such as Claude to automate content creation, campaign planning, and digital growth workflows
• Track and optimise prospecting pipelines to support business development

Operations & Support

• Streamline and maintain daily tracking spreadsheets, reports, and sales activity logs using AI-assisted workflows
• Prepare documents, summaries, and delivery folders to a high standard
• Handle follow-up coordination and outreach calls to prospects and contacts
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in administrative processes

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable using AI tools — or hungry to learn fast
• Meticulous and detail-oriented — you take pride in getting things right
• Fast and self-driven — you don't wait to be told twice
• A problem-solver who figures things out independently
• Comfortable with Excel, Canva, and social media platforms
• Strong written and spoken English
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or business support is a plus
