Tasks & responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and understand customers’ printing requirements, timelines, and artwork needs.

Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.

Follow up with customers on quotations, artwork submissions, approvals, payments, and order confirmations.

Coordinate and manage customer orders from enquiry stage until production completion.

Prepare and design print-ready artwork such as booklets, brochures, namecards, packaging, stickers, posters, and other printing materials.

Check, modify, and adjust customer-provided artwork when necessary.

Ensure all artwork files meet printing specifications, production requirements, and quality standards before printing.

Work closely with the production team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and delivered on time.

Provide professional customer service and assist customers in settling their printing requirements and order-related issues.

Manage multiple projects and enquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a printing company, graphic design studio, or related industry preferred.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and macOS.

Strong knowledge of print production processes, printing materials, and print-ready file preparation.

Able to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate customer requirements professionally.

Strong attention to detail in artwork checking, file preparation, and quotation handling.

Good communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers.

Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to handle customer enquiries and advertisement content.

Able to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work closely with both customers and production teams.

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field preferred.

Candidates with prior experience in handling printing quotations, customer coordination, and production workflow will have an advantage.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Working Hours 
9.30am - 6.30pm: Monday to Friday
9.30am - 1.30pm: Saturday
