We are looking for a Receiving Staff for a new residence in Seminyak.

QUALIFICATIONS

•⁠ ⁠Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Accounting, Administration, or Tourism.

•⁠ ⁠At least 1 year of experience in receiving, warehouse, or procurement within hotel, F&B, or retail industries.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Excel and VHP hotel system for goods recording.

•⁠ ⁠Understands FIFO & FEFO principles (First In First Out / First Expired First Out) for F&B and chemical items.

•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented in checking quantity differences, packaging damage, and expiration dates.

•⁠ ⁠Able to coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Storekeeper, and User Departments.

•⁠ ⁠Ensures fast and accurate receiving processes to support smooth operations.

•⁠ ⁠Communicates with vendors regarding discrepancies and reports issues to superiors.

•⁠ ⁠Able to take immediate action (reject or hold goods) if items do not meet requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinates with Receiving, Purchasing, and User Departments on stock availability.

•⁠ ⁠Understands hotel policies, SOPs, and business processes for receiving - from document checks (PO, DO, Invoice) to physical inspections.

•⁠ ⁠Ensures quantity, quality, and specifications match purchase orders and responds promptly to any discrepancies.

•⁠ ⁠Understands safe and hygienic temporary storage procedures in receiving areas (especially for F&B supplies).

•⁠ ⁠Follows safety and quality control procedures, including anti-fraud, expiry checks, and cold chain for fresh products.

•⁠ ⁠Knows proper storage standards (dry, chiller, freezer, chemical, linen) in line with HACCP requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Accurately records incoming and outgoing goods using VHP and Excel.

•⁠ ⁠Manages received goods and prepares department requests (Material Request Form).

•⁠ ⁠Performs daily, weekly, and monthly stock-taking accurately.

•⁠ ⁠Organizes warehouse items neatly, categorized, and easy to locate.

•⁠ ⁠Processes issuing requests on time to prevent operational disruption.

•⁠ ⁠Takes proactive action in cases of stock shortages, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
