Segments handled: Process & Environmental, Medical, Automotive, and Scientific
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic business growth across multiple segments by identifying cross-segment opportunities, market trends, and long-term business strategies
Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with SOEs, government institutions, and strategic stakeholders through high-level business engagement
Drive integrated solution selling aligned with national priorities such as decarbonization, healthcare, and industrial development
Implement structured sales and marketing strategies using CRM, digital marketing, lead generation, and pipeline management tools
Oversee distributor performance, after-sales service quality, and brand positioning to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with regional and global teams to support technology transfer, knowledge sharing, and business alignment
Develop organizational capabilities by coaching future leaders and promoting a strong culture of professionalism, ethics, and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration; MBA is an advantage
10+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in multinational B2B industries such as analytical instruments, medical devices, industrial machinery, or heavy industry
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role with experience leading cross-functional or multi-department teams
Proven track record in business negotiations and contract management with Indonesian SOEs (Pertamina, PLN, MIND ID, government sectors)
Strong strategic planning, data-driven sales management, and CRM/SFA implementation experience
Familiar with digital marketing, lead generation, and integrating digital tools into sales operations
