GENERAL MANAGER (FURNITURE INDUSTRY)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a furniture company (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of wood, metal, rattan, decoration, and materials

Proven experience in managing company operations and making strategic decisions

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Strong business mindset with problem-solving ability

Very good command of English (spoken and written is mandatory)

Able to coordinate across departments (production, purchasing, sales, finance)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage overall company operations

Make strategic and operational decisions for business growth

Ensure all departments are aligned and running efficiently

Monitor company performance and implement improvements

Coordinate with management team (including Production Manager, Sales, and Finance)

Represent the company in communication with clients and partners (in English)

Note: This role focuses on company management and decision-making. Production and quality control are handled by the Production Manager.
