Job Description
Maintain relationship with vendors, the local community, government agencies, building management, and security parties related to operations.
Manage and oversee the company's general administrative functions, including facilities management and vendor relationships
Maintain the condition of company assets and facilities through routine maintenance, planned/emergency repairs, asset record keeping, and asset history and replacement management
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
Manage and lead a team of administrative and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational issues and implement solutions
Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices related to general affairs
Job Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of experience as GA Manager
Bachelor degree from any major
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
Willing to work at Ciracas
