Job Description

Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage patient registration, including verifying personal and insurance information.

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using hospital management systems.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Assist with patient admissions and discharges following hospital protocols.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with hospital safety standards.

Handle patient complaints or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in a hospital, hotel, or airport front desk/customer service role is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and front office/EHR software.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and patient-centered service
