• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per bulan

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the front desk team to ensure every guest has a great experience.

• Use and manage our booking systems, whether they’re manual or digital.

• Talk to guests directly to help with any questions or concerns.

• Work closely with other departments to keep things running smoothly.

• Communicate clearly with your team to ensure everyone knows what to do.

• Create a welcoming and professional environment for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or a similar front desk role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.

• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with hotel booking systems (manual or computer-based).

• A friendly, customer-first attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Strong team player who can lead and support others effectively.

• A positive approach and dedication to maintaining high standards.

• Domicile living in Bali, preferred location South Kuta, Jimbaran, Ungasan, Pecatu and Uluwatu, will be as priority
