We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and professional Daily Worker Reception Host to provide temporary front-desk support. The role involves greeting guests, answering calls, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests or clients in a polite and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
Handle check-in/check-out processes (in hospitality settings).
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff as needed.
Follow all security and confidentiality guidelines.
Support other departments as requested during high-demand periods.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
