About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Front-of-House Service Staff to join our team at RUSTICAFOODSG PTE LTD'. In this full-time position based in Lavender Central Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanour

Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and make recommendations

Ensure customer orders are accurately taken and communicated to the kitchen team

Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain a clean and organised dining area, ensuring tables are reset and ready for the next guests

Assist with general front-of-house duties such as cashiering, stock management, and inventory control

Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
