Job Description

Part-Time PowerPoint Assistant ($18/hr)

The Role:I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to assist in preparing professional business presentation decks. This role focuses on formal tenders and business proposals where clarity, logic, and accuracy are the top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data into Visuals: Transform raw data and notes into clean, professional graphs, charts, and diagrams.
• Deck Formatting: Ensure all slides have consistent fonts, perfectly aligned boxes, and a uniform professional look.
• Tender Support: Help format high-stakes proposals to ensure they are easy for clients to read and understand.
• Confidentiality: You will be handling sensitive business data; a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required.

Requirements:

• PowerPoint Skills: High proficiency in using Slide Masters, tables, and drawing tools to create diagrams (animation skills are not required).
• Location: Work must be done in-office at 6 Serangoon North Ave 5 for the initial phase.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for catching typos or formatting inconsistencies.

Pay & Hours:

• Rate: $18 per hour.
• Schedule: Project-based / Casual (on an as-needed basis as tenders arise).
