Job Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the F&B outlet Managers/Supervisors on all administrative tasks
2. Provide support to the F&B team in terms of duty rostering, attendance records and other operational required paperwork.
3. Responsible for the updating and maintaining of all F&B inventory records
4. Assist F&B Management team in minutes writing, event organising and other F&B functions’ roles
5. Review of guest feedback through constant guest interaction and performs follow-up on the required remedy action
6. To handle and coordinate reservations /bookings for F&B dining and/or venue functions
7. Monitor and enforce the hotel service standards in all F&B outlets, seeking guidance from Assistant Director F&B through daily training sessions or adhoc training
8. Comply with NEA guidelines and ensure the F&B outlets & restaurant are safe & sanitized for all staff and guests
9. Manage the set repair and maintenance program through the use of work orders and inspection of the outlets
10. Whenever necessary, maybe tasked to assist F&B outlet operations during busy period
11. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of F&B Management Office
12. Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally in line with high standard image of the hotel.
Education & Work Experience
1. GCE A level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
2. 2 years relevant admin experience
3. Good written communication skill
4. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
5. Outstanding organisation skill
