About the role

Floral train' is seeking experienced Florists to join our team in our Simei East Region location. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This is a full-time or part-time role with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

Designing and creating a wide range of floral arrangements, bouquets, and displays for various occasions

Providing excellent customer service to clients, including advising on floral selections and handling orders

Maintaining the store's inventory of flowers, plants, and other supplies

Ensuring the store's workspace and displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing

Collaborating with the team to develop new product ideas and improve operations

Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience as a Florist or in a similar role

Strong floral design skills and an eye for colour, texture, and balance

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
