Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia for a Floor Manager at HUGE Restaurant & Bar. The Floor Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service flow. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, maintaining quality control, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and upholding a welcoming dining atmosphere. Additional duties include training and supporting staff to enhance their skills and ensuring operational efficiency adheres to company standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage teams and engage with guests
Experience in Operations Management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle varied tasks and ensure operational efficiency
Background in the hospitality industry is preferred
Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
