As a Fleet Operations Manager (Marine Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Oversee daily operations of autonomous hull-cleaning robotic fleet across multiple locations

Coordinate scheduling, deployment, and operational planning of robotic systems across various ports

Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations, environmental standards, and workplace safety protocols

Work closely with engineering and AI teams to optimize fleet performance and streamline operational workflows

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve service delivery standards

Track fleet performance indicators and prepare operational reports for senior management review

Lead, guide, and mentor operations team members while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation

Liaise with shipping companies, port authorities, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

Possess a min of Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in fleet operations, maritime logistics, or related industry.
