About the role

Join the dynamic team at SUNTON TRADING AND CONSULTING PTE LTD as a Finance Executive. In this full-time role based in Raffles Place, Central Region, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial services to support the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger

Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities

Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry

Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with a good understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in all tasks
