About the role
You will handle the full set of accounts, maintaining AR, AP, and GL accounts inclusive of sales invoicing, receipts, payments and accounts closing using Quickbooks accounting software.
Key responsibilities
Maintain AR, AP, GL accounts, inclusive of sales invoicing, receipts, payments & accounts closing using Quickbooks accounting software
Monitor and follow up closely with AR with monthly SOA
Prepare weekly bank payments
Prepare monthly/yearly supporting schedules and ensure timely, accurate month end/year end financial reporting
Prepare costing reports for new client development
Prepare and monitor cash flows projections
Prepare quarterly GST for submission
Prepare monthly/quarterly social impact reporting to various stakeholders
Handle grant applications submissions
Liaise with auditor / tax agent on audit and tax queries
About you
Diploma/Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in full set of accounts
Proficient in Quickbooks & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
Able to communicate in English and Chinese in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking counterparts on accounting matters
Highly motivated, meticulous, and organized
Able to communicate effectively and multi-task
Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
