Job Vacancy: Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager
Location: Propan Tower, Ciputra Internasional, West Jakarta

Job Description:

Oversee daily accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, inventory, payroll, general ledger).

Prepare & analyze financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc.).

Ensure accuracy & compliance of financial records in accordance with PSAK / IFRS.

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.

Manage monthly stock control.

Process payroll and employee benefits.

Develop back-office SOPs (Finance, Logistics, Cashier, etc.) and ensure proper implementation.

Review monthly and annual tax calculations (Income Tax, VAT, Local Taxes).

Plan, organize, and control finance & accounting processes within deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.

Experience in foreign companies, preferably in FO & FTTH products.

Minimum 5 years in a similar position.

Certified Public Accountant and Tax License A/B/C are advantages.

Strong knowledge in finance, accounting, and taxation regulations (Brevet A & B).

Proficient in general accounting, tax regulations, financial systems & procedures, consolidated financial statements, and financial analysis.

Familiar with local and international tax procedures, tax regulations, e-SPT, and accounting systems.

Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Result and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.

Proactive, high integrity, and strong leadership with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

Well-organized, honest, accurate, and detail-focused.
