We're looking for a Fashion Designer who brings creative vision and technical precision together, someone who can take a concept from sketch to finished garment while keeping our brand identity sharp and our collections fresh.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire fashion design process, from concept development to final product

Research and forecast fashion trends to ensure our collections remain innovative and relevant

Develop design sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings to bring creative ideas to life

Collaborate with the creative, merchandising, and sales teams to create cohesive collections

Select materials, fabrics, and accessories to align with the brand's aesthetics and quality standards

Collaborate with pattern maker and sample team to ensure proper garment construction and fit

Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency (and visit them if needed)

Maintain quality standards across all production stages, from prototyping to final production

Troubleshoot production issues and find solutions to meet design integrity and deadlines

Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand identity, customer needs, and business objectives

Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging production techniques

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field

At least 2 years of working experience in fashion design and production, preferably in fashion retail

Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and trend awareness

Excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric selection

Ability to manage production timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering high-quality products
