We are looking for a passionate and experiencedFood & Beverage (F&B) Supervisorto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant/bar, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and lead the service team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service.

Train, motivate, and guide team members to maintain high service standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.

Support the F&B Manager in achieving revenue targets and operational goals.

Requirements

Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards and practices.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
