We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant/bar, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and lead the service team to deliver a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service.
• Train, motivate, and guide team members to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support the F&B Manager in achieving revenue targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
