Job Title: Front of House Staff (Part-time)
Department: F&B Operations
Salary Range: $13/hour - $18/hour
Arrangement: Minimum 3 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week
Overall Job Objectives:
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within INITIA Group’s F&B brands. He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Start as trainee - Begin with buzzer clearing and food runner duties and complete thorough menu learning and storytelling training
Greet and host guests warmly while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Maintain smooth operations by adhering to procedures and handling POS/ordering systems effectively.
Manage entire station independently with minimal supervision
Drive upselling through menu knowledge and recommendations
Engage authentically with every customer at assigned station
Tell compelling stories about dishes, ingredients, and Korean dining culture
Model excellent customer engagement and professionalism
Maintain station organization and cleanliness
Coordinate with kitchen and support staff effectively
Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively
Job Specifications:
No prior experience required — fresh entrants are welcome to apply!
