Job Title: Front of House Staff (Part-time)

Department: F&B Operations
Salary Range: $13/hour - $18/hour
Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week
Overall Job Objectives:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to deliver exceptional food and beverage service within INITIA Group’s F&B brands. The F&B Ambassador will act as the face of the brand, providing personalized customer experiences while maintaining high service standards. The role involves actively supporting the Outlet In-Charge to enhance sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and hospitality.
Core Responsibilities:
Host & greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
Well-versed with outlet’s products and services; can sell products when appropriate
Provide high standard of service through active interaction with guests
Adhere to the operations and procedures; and suggest improvements for the betterment
Understand POS/ordering to ensure smooth operation.
Learn menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods during food running
Ensure proper presentation and temperature of all dishes
Maintain table cleanliness and proper setup throughout service
Assist Outlet incharge to promote specific menu/services.
Job Specifications:
Previous restaurant experience is an advantage
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently and demonstrate positive professionalism.
Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.
