Job Description:

Customs Clearance: Coordinate with Freight Forwarding Company and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance and resolve any regulatory issues.

Tracking & Reporting: Monitor shipment statuses from origin to destination and provide regular logistics updates to management.

Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and process all shipping documents including Bill of Lading (B/L), Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin (COO).

Compliance Control: Ensure all transactions comply with local and international trade laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms.

Cost Management: Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors, shipping lines, and Freight Forwarding Company for payment accuracy.

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Excellent English skills both oral and written is a must, able to speak and writing in Korean is a plus.

Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, Export - Import roles in Manufacturing Company.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables), ERP / SAP systems proficiency,

Deep understanding of HS Codes, customs clearance, and local trade regulations.

Proficiency in handling COO, Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.

Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and leadership (for supervisor roles).
