Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd / Wee Poh Construction Co. (Pte) Ltd

We're looking for Quantity Surveyors to support our tendering team and project execution. The candidate will assist in preparing tender documents, pricing, submissions and/or provide QS support for building works projects.

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing, tender reports).
·         Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.
·         Support tender coordination and submission.
·         Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).
·         Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
·         Develop QS skills in tendering and project management.

Requirements:

·         Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
·         2-4 years of QS experience in tendering or project execution.
·         Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.
·         Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
