As an Executive Assistant (Group Medical Records Office), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide operational support for assigned MRO functions.
Maintain all medical records with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
Demonstrate proficiency in electronic systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word to support daily MRO operations.
Assist and advise internal and external stakeholders on medical records-related processes.
Handle the registration and processing of medical report requests, including payment collection and cashiering duties.
Follow up with doctors regarding incomplete medical report requests.
Perform administrative tasks related to medical report requests.
Manage and resolve urgent or complex cases to ensure medical reports are delivered within the required timeline.
Retrieve medical records to support report preparation and record duplication requests from law firms and government agencies.
Support data collection activities by accurately compiling daily job task volumes in a timely manner.
Participate actively in process improvement initiatives and projects.
Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Executive or Manager.
Coordinate and oversee job or task assignments effectively.
Perform quality checks on medical reports prior to release.
Assist in preparing statistical reports, including monthly performance reports.
Requirements :
Poses diploma in any field
