Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, event organisers, and venue teams on-site to ensure smooth coordination
• Assist in creating photobooth designs and event templates
• Support the creation of engaging social media content (TikTok, Instagram)
• Set up and dismantle photobooth equipment
• Operate photobooths to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Engage with guests and provide friendly guidance on how to use the photobooth
• Handle basic troubleshooting during events when needed
• Ensure proper care, safety, and upkeep of all equipment before, during, and after events 

Requirements

• No prior experience required — full training will be provided
• Able to commit to weekends/evenings for events, with the option for remote admin work once trained and comfortable with the role
• Any experience in events, graphic design, photography, or content creation is a plus
• Comfortable with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and up-to-date trends
• Enjoys interacting with people and feels comfortable engaging with clients and guests at live events
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
